National Post-School Outcome State Profile Database
These profiles are voluntarily completed by a state contact responsible for post-school outcome data collection. This information addresses data collection requirements for the State Performance Plan (SPP) and Annual Performance Report (APR) to the Office of Special Education Programs (OSEP)
Profiles include: a description of how each state currently collects and uses post-school outcome data, state contacts, links to related state materials (e.g. Web sites, survey instruments, reports) and much more!
All users may view the Overview of All Profiles and Profiles by State. (no login is required)
